What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, provided the items are in their original condition—unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at careteam@theavalanceco.com. You will receive instructions on how to return your item, along with a return shipping label if applicable.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, all returned items are subject to a restocking fee of $4.95 USD. This fee covers the processing and handling of returned merchandise.
Can I return items that were on sale or marked as final sale?
Unfortunately, items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a promotional sale may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received).
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
